解放牌汽车转向节锻件是一种复杂的锻件(图1),成形困难,生产工艺复杂。日前国内多采用自由锻和模锻联合锻造的工艺,生产效率较低。我厂虽然采用了专用的模锻生产线,但同样也存在着工序多、生产线长、劳动强度大、材料消耗多等问题。同时,由于转向节的头部与杆部的截面积相差较大,在锤上拔长时,容易在杆部产生折纹,因此对工人的操作技术要求高,同时这种工艺也是比较落后的。目前,我们试验了一种由辊锻机制坯轧出杆部,再由热模按压力机模锻成形的新工艺。
