统计工作是医院实行科学决策和管理的一项重要工作。为了发挥统计工作的信息、咨询、监督的整体功能,实现决策的“参谋”作用。几年来,我们坚持在有效地完成医院各项统计任务的同时,特别注重发挥统计分析在医院多层次决策和管理中的作用,收到较好的效果,深受各级领导和全院人员的肯定和赞扬。我们的主要做法是:
