采用战略性创业者资源基础观,提出“困境协调”是创业者拥有的动态能力,使创业者开发新流程、新产品和新服务,并帮助他们对瞬息万变的市场形势做出反应.基于矛盾或困境的调查框架并以之为理解视角,运用“创业困境协调绘制工具”(EDRMT)对企业发展中不同阶段的12个困境进行比较性研究.研究对象包括新加坡的200位初次创业者、75位企业经理和5位多次创业者;使用非参数统计测试分析研究结果,将研究结果转化为认知图作为比较的参考框架.当创业者想从模糊、混乱和不确定中寻求预见性和价值时,可以利用这些认知图来发现困境协调的一般模式.研究结果表明,多次创业者和初次创业者对创业困境的协调都显著优于企业经理(尤其在创业的早期阶段),从而说明困境协调是一项与创业有关的动态能力.
Based on the strategic entrepreneur resource base, it is proposed that “dilemma coordination” is the dynamic ability of entrepreneurs to enable entrepreneurs to develop new processes, new products and services, and help them to respond to the rapidly changing market situation.Based on Contradiction or predicament, and use it as a comprehension perspective to conduct a comparative study of 12 dilemmas in different stages of business development by using “EDRMT.” The study includes 200 first-time entrepreneurs in Singapore 75 business managers and 5 multi-entrepreneurs, using nonparametric statistical tests to analyze the results of the study, turning the findings into cognitive maps as a frame of reference for comparison.When an entrepreneur wants to seek out fuzziness, confusion, and uncertainty Predictability and value, we can use these cognitive maps to find out the general pattern of the coordination of dilemmas.The results show that the coordination of entrepreneurial dilemmas between multiple entrepreneurs and first-time entrepreneurs is significantly better than the corporate managers (especially in the early stages of entrepreneurship ), Indicating that the coordination of dilemma is a dynamic capability related to entrepreneurship.
