从目前我国高职院校发展现状来看,存在着行政管理模式过度行政化的问题,服务意识较差,部门与部门之间的沟通与协调性非常差,沟通效率不高以至于行政效率远远低于国外同行水平。出现这些问题最根本的原因在于当前我国教育体制过于落后,缺乏完善的内部管理制度,再加上部分人员综合素质偏低等等。为了改变当前这种现状,必须创新行政管理模式,具体从改革当前教育体制、构建完善的行政管理模式以及健全的绩效管理制度等几个重要的方面出发,为全面提升高职院校当今面临的行政管理水平。
