目前常用的灭螺药物,多数对鱼的毒性较大,运输、使用过程对人、畜也不安全。为了寻找高效低毒的新灭螺药物,长江水产研究所、沙市血防所、荆州地区血防所及湖北省医学科学院寄生虫病防治研究所,于1977~1978年对新农药——巴丹,进行了多次实验研究,证明对鱼毒性低,灭螺效果好。现将巴丹的基本特性、使用方法、灭螺作用简介如下。一、巴丹的基本特性巴丹(Padan)又名沙蚕胺、杀螟丹。分子量为273.5。本药为海生环节动物沙蚕毒素的一种衍生物,能杀灭30多种害虫,对虫害具有内吸、胃毒及触杀
