目的 探讨脑血栓患者的血小板活性、内皮细胞功能及脂蛋白水平。方法 采用ELISA法测定41 例脑血栓病人血浆中血栓烷B2(TXB2)及6 酮前列环素(6 keto PGF1α)水平。结果 TXB2明显高于对照组(P< 0.01),6 keto PGF1α、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C)明显低于对照组(P<0.01),各观察指标急性期与恢复期比 较无显著差异。相关分析结果显示TXB2与HDL C呈负相关、与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL C)呈正相关。结论 脑血栓患者血小板功能亢进,内皮细胞功能受损,血小板活性增高与脂代谢异常有关,抑制血小板活性,提高 HLD C水平对脑血栓的防治有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the platelet activity, endothelial cell function and lipoprotein levels in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods The levels of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6 keto PGF1α in 41 patients with cerebral thrombosis were measured by ELISA. Results TXB2 was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). 6 keto PGF1α and HDL C were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups in acute and convalescent phase. Correlation analysis showed that TXB2 was negatively correlated with HDL C and positively correlated with low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C). Conclusions Cerebral thrombosis in patients with thrombocytopenia, endothelial dysfunction, increased platelet activity and abnormal lipid metabolism, inhibition of platelet activity, increase the level of HLD C on the prevention and treatment of cerebral thrombosis is important.
