在相关试验的基础上,通过分析软件ANSYS和C++语言编程对涡旋真空泵工作过程的流场进行了模拟分析,获得了涡旋真空泵运行工况下个月牙形封闭压缩腔内压力场分布和排气口速度场分布情况。相关结果表明,所进行的分析和研究基本上可以反映涡旋真空泵运行过程中流场分布及变化情况,从而为其设计参数及相关因素的确定提供有效的分析手段。
Based on the relevant experiments, the flow field of the vortex vacuum pump was simulated and analyzed through the analysis software ANSYS and C ++ language programming. The pressure field distribution and arrangement of the vaulted cavity during the operation of the vortex vacuum pump for the next month were obtained. Air Velocity Field Distribution. The results show that the analysis and research carried out can basically reflect the distribution and changes of the flow field during the operation of a vortex vacuum pump, and thus provide an effective analytical tool for the determination of its design parameters and related factors.
