1.事故情况与原因前不久,我单位住9栋三楼某户职工,一日在厨房洗涤,偶然触及立于墙角的出气铸铁管子,当即受到电击,幸未酿成事故。电工来排除故障,发现管子离地面1m以上部分带电。用万用表测量(表笔一端接自来水管),电压高达200V,而1m以下部分管子无电压。断开住户电源,故障依然存在,觉得很奇怪,不知原因。我到现场检查,室内屋外管子均未与带电线路接触,也未与其他金属管道相连。我们对此楼采用逐户停电方法寻找故障点,查出是相邻另一单元三楼某户电冰箱线路绝缘损伤所致。

We use this method to find fault point by household blackout method, which is caused by the insulation damage of a household refrigerator line on the third floor of another adjacent unit.
