本文观察了Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠脾细胞IL_2和Con A转化水平的动态变化。结果表明,随着荷瘤量增加,IL_2、Con A转化水平和胸腺系数均呈线性下降趋势(r分别为-0.8431、-0.8654和-0.9037,P均小于0.01),且IL_2和胸腺系数的下降发生在解剖后局部出现可见瘤块之前(P值分别小于0.001和0.05)。此外,本文初步检测了荷Lewis肺癌14日小鼠脾细胞Con A活化后,于上清中出现的IL_2 INH活性。并对荷瘤小鼠脾细胞IL_2活性降低、较高水平的IL_2 INH活性的存在、较低的Con A转化水平和胸腺萎缩等因素之间的关系作了讨论,有待于进一步探讨。
In this study, we observed the dynamic changes of IL-2 and Con A levels in spleen cells of mice bearing Lewis lung cancer. The results showed that with the increase of tumor volume, the conversion levels of IL 2 and Con A and the thymus index showed a linear downward trend (r was -0.8431, -0.8654, and -0.9037, respectively; P was less than 0.01), and the decrease of IL 2 and thymus index occurred. Before the appearance of visible tumor mass after dissection (P values less than 0.001 and 0.05, respectively). In addition, the activity of IL 2 INH in the supernatant of Lewis lung cancer-bearing mice was detected after Con A activation. The relationship between the decrease of IL 2 activity, the presence of higher IL 2 INH activity, lower Con A conversion and thymus atrophy in spleen cells of tumor-bearing mice was discussed. It needs further discussion.
