在给定的通信范围内,网络规模是ZigBee网络性能的影响因素之一。首先利用OPNET软件中的ZigBee网络模型,搭建了具有鲁棒性、低时延特点的网状网络拓扑且不同网络规模中的节点均由单个协调器进行管理维护。其次从网络容量、数据传输和时延三个方面收集网络性能的指标数据,进而对比研究不同的网络规模对网络性能的影响。网络容量指标通过吞吐量与负载的关系体现,数据传输指标使用网络层的丢包数及应用层的数据收发量表示,而时延指标则包括平均端到端时延、排队时延和处理时延。最后将数据分类并从全局统计量和局部统计量两个角度分析对比得出,当5km*5km通信范围内的路由器设备和终端设备分别控制在29—33个和63—84个范围内时,ZigBee网络性能较好。
Within a given range of communications, network size is one of the contributing factors to ZigBee network performance. First of all, using the ZigBee network model in OPNET software, a mesh network topology with robustness and low latency is constructed and nodes in different network scales are managed and maintained by a single coordinator. Secondly, we collect the index data of network performance from three aspects of network capacity, data transmission and delay, and then compare the impact of different network scales on network performance. Network capacity indicators through the relationship between throughput and load, data transfer indicators using the number of network layer packet loss and application layer data transceiver said, and delay indicators include the average end-to-end delay, queuing delay and processing time Delay. Finally, the data are classified and analyzed from the two perspectives of global statistics and local statistics. When the router equipment and terminal equipment within the communication range of 5km * 5km are respectively controlled in the range of 29-33 and 63-84, ZigBee network performance is better.
