选用具有生育能力的小鼠480只(♀320,160),随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两个大组。染“毒”组(Ⅰa及Ⅱa)置黄药“毒”气室内染“毒”,而空白组(Ⅰb及Ⅱb)置无“毒”室内饲养,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组各为105天及118天,再按Ⅰa♀Ⅰb分别与Ⅰa、Ⅰa♀Ⅰb♀分别与ⅠbⅠ以及Ⅱa♀Ⅱb♀分别与Ⅱb分灌饲养,进行交配,以观察生育机能后处死动物。按常规解剖,固定、取材,制片及组织学检查。结果提示:黄药对小鼠♀生育能力无明显影响,染“毒”组与空白组♀受孕率及活产率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。染“毒”组小鼠的睾丸、副睾、卵巢、输卵管及子宫未见异常改变。
480 mice (♀320, 160) with fertility were selected and randomly divided into two groups: I and II. The “Poisoning” group (Ia and IIa) was poisoned in the “poison” air chamber of the xanthate, while the blank group (Ib and IIb) was housed in the “poisonous” room. The groups I and II were 105 days and 118 days respectively. , Then Ia♀Ib and Ia, Ia♀Ib♀ separately with IbI and IIa♀IIb♀ and IIb, respectively, were housed and reared for mating, and the animals were sacrificed after observing the reproductive function. Dissect conventionally, fix, draw, prepare, and perform histological examination. The results suggest that xanthate has no significant effect on the fertility of mice, and there is no significant difference in the pregnancy rate and live birth rate between the “poison” group and the blank group (P>0.05). There was no abnormal change in the testis, epididymis, ovary, fallopian tubes, and uterus of mice infected with the “poison” group.
