在我国各项建筑技术和建筑材料有了较为全面的发展的有利条件下,我国的建筑事业也取得了较为明显成果。随着人们对于建筑结构的稳定性和抗震性能的高要求之下,加强建筑的各项性能和提高建筑施工水平也是当前需要解决的首要问题。在目前的建筑施工中,混凝土的使用频率是比较高的,因此自身具备的较强的抗压性能、良好的伸缩性和可塑性得到了各建筑施工单位的认可,但是因为施工工艺的复杂性和施工区域的特性,容易致使建筑施工后期容易出现裂缝等问题,这对于建筑施工的实用性是非常不利的,因此,建筑施工的预应力技术被人们发现并投入到实践中,围绕建筑施工预应力技术的应用做了简单的介绍,并适当的提出了几点改进的建议。
