我国目前处于社会转型的关键时期,这使得各种危机爆发的可能性增加。如何防范、控制危机,提升政府应对公共危机的能力,是当前各级政府面临的重大课题。本文通过对5·12汶川地震的案例分析,发掘我国政府在公共危机管理中的长处与软肋,提出提升我国政府公共危机管理的途径,进一步打造出全新的公共危机管理机制。 My country is currently in a critical period of social transformation, which increases the likelihood of various crises. How to prevent and control the crisis and enhance the ability of the government to cope with the public crisis are major issues currently facing governments at all levels. Based on the case analysis of May 12 Wenchuan Earthquake, this paper explores the strengths and weaknesses of our government in public crisis management and puts forward ways to enhance the government public crisis management in our country so as to create a new public crisis management mechanism.
