Chemotherapy is currently the most important treatment for children with hematological malignancies. However, long-term concentration of chemotherapy will inhibit the immune system in children with the body’s original protective antibodies disappear or showed a decrease in titer, thus losing the immune capacity of some infectious diseases, and therefore have received chemotherapy It is particularly important for children with hematological malignancies to be immunized again. However, since the immune system suppressed in chemotherapy is very difficult to immunoreactive with the immunized vaccine, the re-immunization is not effective simply in accordance with the method of inoculation of normal children. Therefore, it is particularly important to choose the method and time during re-immunization. This article elaborates on this.
