立足农民素质提高、办好农村成人教育,既是我国终身教育体系的重要组成部分,又是解决“三农”问题、发展农村经济的重要途径。应用信息技术开展农村成人教育,可以有效克服教学实施过程中学生多、地域广的困难,实现低成本、高效率的优质资源传输与共享,扩大农村成人受教育机会。本文以项目实施时间跨度长、覆盖范围广I、CT应用程度高为依据,在全国范围内选取了农村党员干部现代远程教育工程、全国新型农民科技培训规划、“一村一名大学生计划”三个农村成人教育典型案例,从项目背景、实施主体、信息技术应用等方面入手对三个项目的ICT应用情况进行分析,探索ICT支持农村成人教育的经验、成果和问题。研究表明,不同农民成人教育的实施主体充分利用ICT各显优势,在ICT支持下,提供了多层次、多类型的农村成人教育,而ICT在农村成人教育中的角色是多样的,可以是平台搭建手段、资源建设与传输工具、学习内容、学习工具乃至市场贸易工具。
Improving the quality of peasants and improving adult education in rural areas are both an important part of China’s lifelong education system and an important way to solve the “three rural issues” and develop the rural economy. The research shows that the implementation of adult education for different peasants makes full use of the advantages of ICT, and provides multi-level and multi-types of rural adult education with the support of ICT.
