双轴驱动机构是卫星天线完成跟踪、定位等功能的重要执行机构,其性能好坏对卫星天线工作性能有极大影响。为了全面评价天线双轴驱动机构各项性能指标,分析了天线驱动机构的组成、原理,建立了研究双轴驱动机构综合性能的多层次评价指标体系,采用层次分析法中的指数标度法确定了驱动机构各项性能指标的权重系数,以某型点波束天线驱动机构为研究对象,运用模糊综合评判法对其各项性能指标进行了评价研究,结果表明该机构的综合性能较好,分析认为可从减少柔性齿轮磨损的措施着手来进一步提高该驱动机构的综合性能。

The performance of a certain point beam antenna drive mechanism is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the mechanism is good. It is considered that measures to reduce the wear of flexible gears can be taken to further improve the overall performance of the driving mechanism.
