运用双抗体放射免疫测定法研究团头鲂 (Megalobramaamblycephala)血清中甲状腺素 (T4 )和三碘甲腺原氨酸 (T3 )浓度的周年变化。血清T4 和T3 在春季性腺迅速发育时期形成峰值 ,T4 的升高比T3 早一个月。繁殖期后 ,血清T4 和T3 水平降低 ,血清T4 分别在 8月和 1 0月出现两个小峰 ;T3 在 7月 - 1 1月维持较稳定的水平。血清T4 、T3 在冬季的水平均较低。对血清甲状腺激素在春季升高的生理意义作了讨论
Double antibody radioimmunoassay was used to study the annual changes of thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) concentrations in the serum of Megalobrama amblycephala. Serum T4 and T3 peaked during the rapid development of gonads in spring, and T4 increased one month earlier than T3. After the breeding season, the levels of serum T4 and T3 decreased, and the serum T4 showed two small peaks in August and October respectively. T3 maintained a relatively stable level from July to January. Serum T4, T3 in winter are lower levels. The physiological significance of serum thyroid hormone in spring is discussed
