针对实验室A3000液位控制系统使用工控机控制成本较高,且PID控制器效果不甚理想,设计了基于嵌入式智能仪表的DMC先进控制器。动态矩阵控制(DMC)采用阶跃响应序列作为对象模型,它具有模型获取简便、算法易实现、鲁棒性强的特点,在工业过程中得到了广泛应用。该控制器以ARM9微处理器S3C2410A为硬件平台,扩展模拟量输入输出和网络接口,基于ARMLinux操作系统,将DMC算法在嵌入式智能仪表上实现。在局域网内,通过Web服务、网络客户端配置控制器参数。在A3000上实验结果表明,与经典PID控制器相比较,该控制器具有良好的控制效果,这对于工业过程控制具有重要的工程意义。
For laboratory A3000 level control system using IPC control costs are high, and the PID controller is not ideal, designed based on embedded intelligent instrument DMC advanced controller.
