为了提高中晚期肝癌的治疗效果,我们制成131I标记碘化油(131I-碘化油),并成功治疗10例不能手术切除的原发性肝癌病人。术后观察放射性核素在体内的分布及其半衰期。结果表明注入体内的131I主要浓集于栓塞肝叶内,肺内放射量平均12.1%。癌内131I有效半衰期4~5.4d。术后病人恢复顺利,仅有中度发热,未发生肝功衰竭。1~2周后9例病人AFP全部下降,8例肿瘤缩小。作者认为用131-I碘化油行肝动脉栓塞治疗不能手术切除的肝癌是安全可行的,近期疗效满意。
In order to improve the therapeutic effect of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, we made 131I-labeled iodized oil (131I-iodinated oil) and successfully treated 10 patients with primary liver cancer who could not be surgically resected. The radionuclide distribution in the body and its half-life were observed postoperatively. The results showed that 131I injected into the body was mainly concentrated in the embolized liver lobe, and the mean amount of radiation in the lung was 12.1%. The effective half-life of 131I in cancer is 4 to 5.4 days. After the operation, the patient recovered smoothly with moderate fever and no hepatic failure. After 1 to 2 weeks, AFP decreased in all 9 patients, and tumors decreased in 8 patients. The authors believe that the use of 131-I iodized oil for hepatic artery embolization in the treatment of unresectable liver cancer is safe and feasible, and the recent curative effect is satisfactory.
