目的 :观察经UV -C照射诱导的体外凋亡动脉中膜平滑肌细胞 (SMC)内Actin表达的变化。方法 :应用免疫组织化学技术和图象分析技术检测凋亡SMC内Actin的表达。结果 :UV -C照射可诱导SMC发生凋亡 ,凋亡细胞内Actin表达较正常大大增强 ,并出现从胞周向核周、从胞浆向核内的迁移和再分布。结论 :Actin表达的改变可能是参与UV -C诱导的SMC凋亡的信号传递过程中的重要因素之一。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of Actin expression in apoptotic articular medium smooth muscle cells (SMCs) induced by UV-C irradiation. Methods: The expression of Actin in apoptotic SMCs was detected by immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results: The apoptosis of SMC was induced by UV-C irradiation. The expression of Actin in apoptotic cells increased greatly compared with that in normal cells. The migration and redistribution of cytoplasm to nucleus from perinuclear to perinuclear nuclei appeared. Conclusion: The changes of Actin expression may be one of the important factors involved in the signal transduction of UVC-induced SMC apoptosis.
