目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合外用他克莫司对白癜风豚鼠模型给药前后组织病理中黑色素数量的变化。方法构建白癜风动物模型,按体重随机分成6组,每组8只,正常组、模型组、对照组(白斑区,外用凡士林,2次/天,连用2个月)、单用药物组(白斑区,外用0.03%他克莫司,2次/天,连用2个月);单用光照组(白斑区,单用NB-UVB照射,隔日1次,连续2个月);联合组(外用他克莫司联合NB-UVB照射,给药频次、方法及时间同单用药物组及单用光照组)。2个月后,通过组织病理学检查,比较给药前后豚鼠表皮组织中黑色素数量的差异。结果与模型组比较,联合组的表皮中黑色素的表达明显增多(P<0.01)。结论联合应用NB-UVB与他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风效果显著。
Objective To investigate the changes of melanin in the histopathology of the vitiligo guinea pig model treated with NB-UVB and topical tacrolimus. Methods The animal models of vitiligo were constructed and randomly divided into 6 groups according to body weight, 8 in each group, normal group, model group, control group (white spot area, topical Vaseline, 2 times / day for 2 months), single drug group (Topical, 0.03% tacrolimus for external use, 2 times / day, once every 2 months); single light group (white spot, NB-UVB alone, every other day for 2 months); combination group Tacrolimus combined with NB-UVB irradiation, administration frequency, method and time with the single drug group and single light group). Two months later, histopathological examination was performed to compare the difference in the number of melanin in the epidermis of guinea pigs before and after administration. Results Compared with the model group, the expression of melanin in the epidermis of the combination group was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion The combination of NB-UVB and tacrolimus ointment for the treatment of vitiligo significantly.
