我场1990年从苏联引进的4台75型拖拉机,在春播作业中,仅工作几个班次就发现有3台转向不好使。经拆卸检查发现,该拖拉机的转向机构为行星齿轮式(其构造和工作原理可见本刊1991年第2期)。在构造和工作原理弄清楚后,得知该机型转向机构的故障原因主要是调整不当和调整不协调造成的。调整不当包括操向杆没有自由行程,行星机构制动力不够;半轴制动器制动带和制动鼓间的间隙大,踏板自由行程大等。我们分别对操向杆和踏板自由行程进行
In our field, four 75-type tractors imported from the Soviet Union in 1990 were found to be in poor condition during the spring sowing operation only for a few shifts. After demolition inspection found that the steering mechanism of the tractor planetary gear type (its structure and working principle can be seen in this issue No. 2, 1991).
