二茂铁芳酰腙具有较强的生理活性,能与细胞中的过渡金属离子形成稳定的配合物,抑制许多酶催化反应。它与金属离子容易形成深色配合物,常用于分析化学和金属离子萃取剂。水杨酰基二茂铁乙酮腙的甲酰基邻位存在一个有配位能力的酚基,有可能产生新形式配位,Patil和Hundekar已分别报道了水杨酰基二茂铁乙酮腙的一些过渡金属配合物。本文合成了该配体的Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)的配合物,用元素分析、IR光谱、UV光谱、TG-DTA和NMR谱进行了表征。
Ferrocenyl aroyl hydrazone has a strong physiological activity, with the transition metal ions in cells to form a stable complex, inhibition of many enzyme-catalyzed reactions. It easily forms a dark complex with metal ions, commonly used in analytical chemistry and metal ion extractants. The presence of a coordinative phenolic group ortho to the formyl group of the salicyloylferrocene hydrazone may give rise to new forms of coordination, some of which have been reported by Patil and Hundekar, respectively Transition metal complexes. The complexes of Zn (Ⅱ), Cd (Ⅱ) and Pb (Ⅱ) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, TG-DTA and NMR spectra.
