陕西省棉花所王俊峰投书指出:随着地膜覆盖栽培技术在40多种作物上的应用,残留废地膜对土壤的污染日趋严重。薄膜既软又韧,在土壤中分解缓慢,给田间操作犁、搂、耙等带来诸多不便,影响了田间管理及下茬作物的生长。残膜形成许多大小不等的隔离层,破坏了土壤毛管系统和水分上下运转,抑制土壤通透性及作物根系正常生长。残留地膜在土壤中进行自发氧化反应,使土壤中有害物质残留增多,影响幼苗生长发育等。为此,建议各地做好宣传工作,在当茬作物收获后,结合整地,及时回收废薄膜,以净化土壤,保护土地资源,
