北京城市中心区小商品批发市场存在扰民、管理缺失、业态落后、布局不合理等诸多问题,其中业态问题(Retail Formats)成为制约北京城市中心区小商品批发市场的瓶颈,调整和提升批发市场的业态已成为各方面的共识。本文作者经过调查研究提出:小商品批发市场的业态转型不能走超市和(百货店)商场的老路子,比较适合小商品批发市场转型的业态主要有便利店、专业店、购物中心、仓储式会员店和厂家直销中心这五种业态。发展和调整小商品批发市场必须纳入城市整体规划之中,必须与城市商业整体布局保持协调,与其他各种商业业态保持协调。此外,还要注意调整小商品批发市场的商品空间布局和摆放,提高小商品批发市场的商品文化品位,加强对市场的监管等。

The development and adjustment of commodity wholesale markets must be integrated into the city’s overall planning and must be coordinated with the overall layout of urban commerce and be in harmony with other business practices. In addition, we should also pay attention to adjusting the layout and display of commodity space in commodity wholesale markets, improving the commodity culture quality in the commodity wholesale market, and strengthening supervision over the market.
