南水北调工程是为解决我国北方地区严重缺水而实施的一项重大的跨流域调水工程,中线工程主要是为解决京、津和华北平原中西部及河南部分地区的缺水问题而建设的,主要目标是以解决沿线城市生活和工业用水为主,兼顾农业及生态环境用水。其中工程穿越河南境内731km,工程建设将对区域生态环境会造成一系列的影响,本文从水质污染、局部小气候改变以及水土保持等方面论述了工程建设对水源地及工程沿线地区生态环境的积极影响和消极影响。
The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a major inter-basin water transfer project implemented to solve the serious water shortage in northern China. The mid-route project is mainly designed to solve the water shortage problem in central, western and northern parts of the North China Plain and parts of Henan. The main objective is to solve the problems of urban living and industrial water use along the line and to balance agricultural and ecological water use. Among them, the project passes through 731km in Henan Province. The project construction will have a series of impacts on the regional ecological environment. This article discusses the positive impact of project construction on the water source area and the ecological environment along the project from aspects of water pollution, local microclimate changes and soil and water conservation And negative effects.
