在现代建筑工程中,广泛使用钢筋混凝土结构。随着混凝土量的高速增长,作为模板的主要材料—木材,供需矛盾越来越大。为了解决这一矛盾,国家提出了以钢代木的技术政策, 收到了显著的效果。尤其是滑模机的使用,不但节省了大量的木材和钢材,也减少了模板制作、安装和拆除等繁琐工序。西安市最大的商店,目前正在施工。该工程系钢筋混凝土框架结构,建筑面积17884米~2,柱的断面直径有φ600毫米、φ700毫米的圆形柱,还有600×600,及700×700的方型柱,柱高5—7米,共计100多根,混凝土量达310米~3。如果用木模需要30米~3木材,若用钢模,则要为圆形柱制作一批钢模,工程完工后模板报废,浪费人力和物力,针对这一问题,我站试制了两台滑模机。
