建立健全医院各级各类人员不同形式的岗位责任制是完成各项医疗、行政工作的有力保证。它使医院每个工作人员责任明确,各负其责,尽职尽责。并按各项职责、制度、常规,实行立体式的工作制度,努力完成自己的本职工作。我院在外科二病室进行试点性的工作计量、工作质量、影响医疗指标完成的因素及成份、各类医疗经费实际消耗等项的调查。从职责、制度、常规、经济调查分析了责任制。有垂直性(纵向技术责任制)。有水平性
