第七届经济法前沿理论研讨会由北京大学经济法研究所主办,安徽大学法学院暨经济法制研究中心承办,于2006年4月23～25日在安徽省黄山市成功召开。本次会议的主题是“中国竞争立法问题研究”。来自全国各高等院校、研究机构以及法学会、出版界的40余位专家学者参加了会议。正在中国访问的美国纽约大学法学院教授、最著名的国际竞争法学专家Eleanor M.Fox教授也与会并发表了演讲。与会专家围绕会议主题进行了深入和广泛的探讨,张士元教授在会议闭幕式上的总结发言中指出,这次会议有效地实
The Seventh Economic Law Frontier Theory Symposium was sponsored by the Institute of Economic Law of Peking University and hosted by Law School of Anhui University and Economic Legal System Research Center. It was successfully held in Huangshan City, Anhui Province on April 23-25, 2006. The theme of this meeting is “Research on China’s Competition Legislation ”. More than 40 experts and scholars from various institutions of higher learning, research institutes, law societies and the press in China attended the conference. Professor Eleanor M. Fox, the most famous international competition law expert who is visiting China from New York University Law School, also attended and gave a speech.
