目的:建立千里香中九里香酮和5′-九里香酮的HPLC含量测定方法,并检测广西不同产地千里香中九里香酮和5′-九里香酮的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱分析,用Global Chromatography SP-120-5-ODS-AP C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相;检测波长332 nm。结果:九里香酮和5′-九里香酮分别在0.589 6~5.896μg和0.564 4~5.64μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率分别为100.2%(RSD 1.39%)和100.3%(RSD 2.01%)。结论:广西不同产地千里香中九里香酮和5′-九里香酮的含量存在较大差异,以龙州产含量最高。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of HPLC of Trichostrongylum and 5’-Culitinone in Trillium sp., And to determine the contents of CM and 5’-Culitinone in Trillium sp. From Guangxi. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Global Chromatography SP-120-5-ODS-AP C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the contents of iliacitrin and 5’-irriginone at 0.589 6 ~ 5.896μg and 0.564 4 ~ 5.64μg, respectively, r = 0.999 9; the average recoveries were 100.2% (RSD 1.39%) and 100.3 % (RSD 2.01%). CONCLUSION: There is a big difference between the contents of CM and 5’-Culiton in Trichosanthes from different origins in Guangxi, with the highest content in Longzhou.
