采用X射线衍射法测定了TA15钛合金厚板在不同热处理制度下的残余应力值。结果表明:TA15钛合金厚板经750℃/4h FC真空蠕变热处理后,消除残余应力效果比800℃/1.5h AC大气退火+550℃/4h FC真空蠕变退火明显,残余应力值分布均匀性更好,T向残余应力平均值和极差值分别降低16.2%和83.2%,L向残余应力平均值和极差值分别降低42.6%和62.0%。
The residual stress of TA15 titanium alloy plate under different heat treatment was measured by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the residual stress is better than that of 800 ℃ / 1.5h AC annealed at +550 ℃ / 4h FC vacuum creep annealing, and the residual stress distribution is even after the TA15 titanium alloy plate is subjected to vacuum creep heat treatment at 750 ℃ for 4h. The average value and the maximum value of residual stress in T direction decreased by 16.2% and 83.2% respectively, while the average value and the maximum value of residual stress in L direction decreased by 42.6% and 62.0% respectively.
