教育科研是一所学校可持续发展的不竭动力,学校只有走科研兴校之路,才能有所创新,焕发更强的生命力。校本科研是教师专业发展的重要途径,因此要突出针对性和实效性,针对农村初中教师队伍和课改实际要求,校本科研的实效性应体现在实实在在的科研成果上,体现在教师专业发展和教学质量的提高上。笔者认为,学校要以教育科研为动力,选择既有前瞻性又能解决实际问题的课题构建和研修网络,了解教师的需求,确立研修任务,指导课堂实践,才能体现校本科研的实
Education and scientific research are an inexhaustible motive force for the sustainable development of schools.
