一、前言我省凡是采用合脂砂制作型芯的铸造车间,都是采用加入糊精、米糖浆或酸法紙浆废液等水溶性材料到合脂砂中,以提高其工艺试样的湿态强度,满足制芯工艺的技术要求。由于糊精比其它水溶性材料的工艺性能优越,故一般铸造车间都习惯采用糊精为附加物。糊精是由粮食作物提取的,我省使用合脂砂的工厂不少,每年消耗于铸造生产上的工业用粮约60万

INTRODUCTION In our province’s casting workshops that use cored sand to make cores, water-soluble materials such as dextrin, rice syrup, or acid pulp waste are added to the sand to improve the process sample. Wet strength, to meet the technical requirements of the core manufacturing process. Because the dextrin has superior process performance to other water-soluble materials, it is common for foundries to use dextrins as add-ons. Dextrin is extracted from food crops.
