在企业管理机制的改革过程中,人力资源和绩效管理无疑就是其中最为重要的一环。企业以盈利为目的,这一层含义不仅仅在于企业自身要获取市场上的利益,还在于要为企业中的每一位有贡献的员工以充足的物质保障利益,这样才能为企业一切工作奠定雄厚的人力资源基础和绩效管理机制。本论文以新能源公司为调查案例,着重分析公司内部的经营绩效管理模式中的问题,并积极出台对策,实现新能源产业人才队伍建设与经营绩效的双向影响机制的并轨合一,同时在研究过程中,试图以点带面洞悉绩效机制在新能源企业中的发展概况,以图达到窥一斑而知全豹的研究效果。
