新课程改革对教师提出了新的要求和挑战。大多数教师的教学观念、教学方式和学习方式还没有真正改变。为了更好地推进新课程改革,真正实施素质教育,提高我旗的英语教育教学质量,针对我旗乃至我市当前课堂教学存在的诸多实际问题,笔者深刻地研究了新课程标准,并深入课堂教学一线进行了一系列的备课、讲课、说课、评课、观课、议课等活动,细致入微地进行了学情调研,并做了详细的记录,经过多年的实践与研究,探索出了“问题·情境·笔练”教学法。以下是该教学法的具体做法,在此与同仁们作一探讨。
