满负荷工作法是以增强企业活力、提高经济效益为目的,以人尽其力,物尽其用,财尽其效为核心,以经济责任制为基础,在一定阶段内和特定条件下,使企业内部人、财、物等诸因素达到其应有(或标定)的性能,并适当进行组合,把粗放经营逐步转变为集约化经营,从而使整体效益达到最佳状态的管理方法。
The full-load work method is aimed at enhancing the vitality of enterprises and improving economic efficiency. It uses people’s best efforts, makes the best use of their resources, and uses their financial results as their core.
