“现在的医院是越来越难办了！”笔者曾在多种场合听到院长发出如此感叹,这其中尤以连年增加的医疗纠纷为甚。医院普遍感到病人越来越难对付,文的跟你打官司,武的干脆拳头家伙一起上。医疗事故、医生被打的报道不断见诸大小报刊,相当一部分文章最终把主要责任归于医院。受媒体的影响,整个医疗行业在公众心目中的形象也大打折扣。医院如不及时采取措施,这样的趋势只会愈演愈烈,最终对整个行业发展造成负面影响。
