In 1986, the province’s blast area has dropped from the peak level of 7 million mu and 9 million mu in the previous two years to a perennial level of about 3 million mu, greatly reducing the degree of harm. In order to better grasp the key technologies for the prevention and control of rice blast and improve the scientific and technological level of comprehensive prevention and control, we hereby put forward the following opinions on prevention and control of rice blast in our province.
