目的 :为了解肺叶切除术术后肺循环血液动力学改变 ,更好地做好围手术期的处理。方法 :行动物试验 ,以右心导管直测肺切除前、后的肺动脉压、心排量等的变化 ,临床上对 46例肺切除病理应用无创性多普勒超声技术检测术前、后的肺循环血液动力学有关指标。结果 :肺切除术后经上述两种方法所测结果 :肺动脉平均压升高 ,心排量下降 ,肺血管阻力上升。与肺切除前所测值对比 ,经统计学处理P <0 0 1。结论 :肺切除术术后病例肺循环血液动力学受损
OBJECTIVE: To understand the hemodynamic changes of pulmonary circulation after lobectomy and to better perform the perioperative management. Methods: In animal experiments, right ventricular catheterization measured before and after pulmonary resection of pulmonary artery pressure, cardiac output and other changes in clinical practice of 46 cases of lung resection using noninvasive Doppler pathology to detect preoperative and postoperative Pulmonary circulation hemodynamics related indicators. Results: After the pneumonectomy results measured by the above two methods: pulmonary arterial pressure increased, cardiac output decreased, pulmonary vascular resistance increased. Compared with the value measured before lung resection, the statistical analysis P <0 01. Conclusions: Hemodynamics of the pulmonary circulation is impaired in patients undergoing pneumonectomy
