用热重仪对桦甸油页岩干馏残渣和玉米秸秆混合物的燃烧特性进行了动态分析,考察了掺混比例以及升温速率对燃烧的影响,得到了温度范围为40~850℃,在10、20、50和80℃/min 4种不同升温速下的燃烧特性曲线。油页岩干馏残渣和玉米秸秆混合物的整个燃烧过程分为燃烧低温段(着火温度~400℃)、中温段段(400~650℃)和燃烧高温段(650~850℃)3个阶段。随着玉米秸秆掺混比例的增加,燃烧的主要反应段由高温段向低温段过渡。升温速率提高,着火温度随之升高,峰温移向更高的温度。采用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)法得到混合物燃烧反应动力学参数。随着玉米秸秆掺混比例的增加,混样挥发分析出阶段的活化能和频率因子呈增加趋势,而焦炭燃烧阶段的活化能和频率因子呈下降趋势。
The thermogravimetric analysis was used to analyze the combustion characteristics of the distillation mixture of Huadian oil shale residue and corn stover. The effects of mixing ratio and heating rate on combustion were investigated. The temperature range of 40 ~ 850 ℃, 20, 50 and 80 ℃ / min at four different heating rate of combustion curve. The whole combustion process of oil shale retort and corn stalk mixture is divided into three stages: combustion low temperature (ignition temperature ~ 400 ℃), medium temperature (400 ~ 650 ℃) and high temperature combustion (650 ~ 850 ℃). With the increase of corn stalk blending ratio, the main reaction stage of combustion transitioned from high temperature to low temperature. Heating rate increases, the ignition temperature increases, the peak temperature to a higher temperature. Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (FWO) method was used to get the kinetic parameters of the combustion reaction. With the increase of the corn stalk blending ratio, the activation energy and frequency factor of the volatilization analysis stage showed an increasing trend, while the activation energy and frequency factor of the coke burning stage showed a decreasing trend.
