分别采用安捷伦Bond Elut Plexa和Bond Elut Nexus固相萃取小柱对自来水中灭草松、莠去津和2,4-D进行萃取,并结合采用常规HPLC方法和UHPLC方法在225 nm波长下同时进行检测.用加标回收的方法对方法的准确性进行了评价.灭草松、莠去津、2,4-D的仪器检测限为3μg.L-1,回收率范围分别为82%—105%、68%—89%、84%—99%.采用两种SPE固相萃取小柱均可满足回收率要求.该方法较样品衍生化后用气相色谱法测定简便,并且结果满足分析要求,可应用于实际饮用水水质检测工作.
Extraction of imazamox, atrazine and 2,4-D in tap water was performed using Agilent Bond Elut Plexa and Bond Elut Nexus solid-phase extraction cartridges, respectively, in combination with conventional HPLC and UHPLC methods at 225 nm The accuracy of the method was evaluated by the spiked-recovery method.The detection limit was 3μg.L-1 for imazapyr, atrazine and 2,4-D.The recoveries ranged from 82% to 105 %, 68% -89%, 84% -99%, respectively.Recovery rate can be satisfied by using two kinds of SPE solid-phase extraction cartridges.Compared with the sample derivatization, the method is simple and easy to be determined by gas chromatography, and the results meet the analytical requirements, Can be applied to the actual drinking water quality testing.
