BJ130半轴为我厂主要产品,一段时期,在淬火后发现了大批开裂现象,废品率达到7%,这种情况以往极少出现,因此,对事故的原因进行了仔细分析。 BJ130半轴材率为40Cr,生产工艺流程如下:下料→锻打→退火→精加工→调质→校正→包装。退火工艺为880±10℃×3h炉冷到550℃出炉空冷,调质工艺为900℃×7~8min(盐炉),油冷,450℃×2h
