凡是在日本生活或是和日本社会有过接触的人们都会面临日本社会特有的职务名复杂化的现象。对于广大日语学习者而言,在这方面的知识涉猎范围过广,可查阅的工具书又有限的双重困难条件下,很难做到真正意义上的理解和掌握。本文以中日文中关于副职的各种表现的相同点和不同点为切入点,尝试通过对比来进行了简要的说明。同时最后对这一现象的产生原因进行了一定的分析。 Anyone who lives in Japan or has had contact with Japanese society faces the complexities of job titles unique to Japanese society. For the majority of Japanese learners, it is difficult to achieve a true understanding and mastery in this area of ​​knowledge which covers a wide range of areas and has limited access to tools and books. This article starts with the similarities and differences between the various performances of deputy in Chinese and Japanese, and tries to give a concise explanation through comparison. At the same time, the reasons of this phenomenon are analyzed finally.
