一、在从事话剧创作这一行当的人中,我属于幸运者在从事话剧创作这一行当的人中,我属于幸运者。过去见诸于报端的、别人讲述的我的那点经历,是出于新闻界朋友们的关心与爱护;主要是出于我自己年轻时过于看重经历上的那点坎坷。年龄大点之后,我不再期望事业与人生过于顺利。准确点说,是不大敢期望过于顺利。过于顺利总是与种种遭际相伴随。这一思想并不仅仅来自东方,如曾国藩诸人所反复感叹的;同时也来自西方,这在奥尼尔的剧作与他的言论中几乎随处可见。管子有道:“斗满人概,人满天概”。有时“天概”假借于人手。
First, among the people engaged in drama creation, I belong to the lucky ones who are engaged in drama creation. I am a lucky one.
