目的:通过观察止痛消结丸对乳腺增生病大鼠血液流变性及乳腺组织病理的改变,探讨止痛消结丸治疗乳腺增生病的机理。方法:选用SPF级雌性Wistar大鼠70只,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、模型证实组、止痛消结丸大、中、小剂量组、阳性对照乳癖消片组,采用苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮建立乳腺增生动物模型,予以相应药物治疗,空白对照组、模型对照组不用药。观察乳腺增生病大鼠血液流变性改变及乳腺组织病理变化。结果:模型组大鼠血液呈高黏、凝、聚状态,各用药组血液流变性指标大部分接近或低于正常水平,其中以止痛消结丸大剂量组作用尤为显著(P<0.01)。结论:止痛消结丸可改变乳腺增生病大鼠的血液流变性,改善乳房的微循环,是其治疗和预防乳腺增生病的机理之一。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the mechanism of Zhitong Xiaojie Pills on the hemorrheology and histopathology of mammary glands in rats with hyperplasia of mammary glands, and to explore the mechanism of Zhitong Hsiao Pills in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods: Seventy female Sprague-Dawley Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, model validation group, large, medium and small dosage groups of Zhitong Xiaojie Pill, positive control Rupixiao Tablet group, Diol and progesterone to establish mammary gland hyperplasia model, to be the corresponding drug treatment, blank control group, model control group without medication. To observe the changes of hemorrheology and pathological changes of mammary gland in rats with mammary gland hyperplasia. Results: The blood viscosity, coagulation and aggregation in the model group were all higher than those in the control group. The indexes of hemorheology in the treatment groups were mostly close to or below the normal level. The high dose group of Zhitong Xiaojie Pills was especially significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Zhitongxiaojie Pill can change the blood rheology of mammary gland hyperplasia rats and improve the microcirculation of the breast, which is one of the mechanisms of its treatment and prevention of mammary gland hyperplasia.
