目的 探讨补肾密骨液影响骨代谢的作用机制。方法 利用组织培养技术,将不同浓度的补肾密骨液与分离培养制得的新生大鼠颅盖骨成骨细胞样细胞共同培养,用MTT比色分析法和3HTdR掺入法观察补肾密骨液对成骨细胞样细胞增殖的影响,用原子吸收分光光度法观察补肾密骨液对颅盖骨吸收的影响,并与鲑鱼降钙素进行对照。结果 补肾密骨液以剂量依赖的方式促进成骨细胞样细胞的增殖,并抑制颅盖骨的吸收;而鲑鱼降钙素对成骨细胞样细胞的增殖无影响,但对颅盖骨的吸收有明显的抑制作用。结论 补肾密骨液直接参与骨代谢的调节,促进骨形成,同时抑制骨吸收。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Bushen Miguye on bone metabolism. Methods Tissue culture techniques were used to co-culture neonatal rat calvarial osteoblast-like cells with different concentrations of Bushen Miguye, and MTT colorimetric assay and 3HTdR incorporation were used to observe Bushen Miguye. To investigate the effect of proliferation of osteoblast-like cells, the effect of Bushen Miguye on the absorption of calvarial bone was observed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and compared with salmon calcitonin. Results Bushen Migulu promoted the proliferation of osteoblast-like cells in a dose-dependent manner and inhibited the absorption of calvarial bone. However, salmon calcitonin had no effect on the proliferation of osteoblast-like cells, but the absorption of calvarial bone There is a clear inhibitory effect. Conclusion Bushen Miguluo directly participates in the regulation of bone metabolism, promotes bone formation, and inhibits bone resorption.
