目的 探讨不同强度运动对老年高脂饮食大鼠血清瘦素水平的影响。方法 48只 1 5月龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、高脂组、高脂加 90min运动组和高脂加 45min运动组。除对照组饲普通饲料外 ,其他组均饲高脂饲料。运动组大鼠分别以每周 5次 ,每次 90min和 45min游泳 ,持续 1 5周。实验结束后测定血清瘦素、血脂、血糖、胰岛素、体质量和体长 ,计算肥胖评定指数 (Lee指数 )。结果 1 5周高脂膳食使大鼠高胆固醇血症建立 ;运动使血清瘦素水平明显下降 ;血清瘦素水平与低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)、甘油三酯 (TG)呈显著正相关 ,与高密度脂蛋白 C(HDL C)呈显著负相关 ;45min运动对老年高脂饮食大鼠血生化的有益影响与 90min相似 ,甚至前者有更好趋势。结论 小运动量活动就可引起高脂饮食大鼠血瘦素水平下降和一系列有益生化改变 ,是预防高脂血症的较佳方案。血清瘦素与血清脂蛋白密切相关。
Objective To investigate the effects of exercise with different intensities on serum leptin levels in elderly high-fat diet rats. Methods Forty-five male Sprague-Dawley rats of 1 5 months old were randomly divided into control group, high fat group, high fat plus 90min exercise group and high fat plus 45min exercise group. In addition to the control group fed normal feed, the other groups were fed high-fat diet. The rats in exercise group were swished for 5 weeks, 90 minutes and 45 minutes each for 15 weeks. Serum leptin, lipids, blood glucose, insulin, body weight and body length were measured after the experiment, and the obesity rating index (Lee index) was calculated. Results High-fat diet for 15 weeks established hypercholesterolemia in rats. Exercise induced a significant decrease in serum leptin level. Serum leptin level was positively correlated with LDL and triglyceride (TG) High-density lipoprotein C (HDL C) showed a significant negative correlation; 45min exercise beneficial effects on blood biochemistry in elderly rats with high fat diet similar to 90min, even the former has a better trend. Conclusion Small amount of exercise can cause high-fat diet rats serum leptin levels decreased and a series of beneficial biochemical changes, is the prevention of hyperlipidemia a better program. Serum leptin and serum lipoprotein are closely related.
