采用动态剪切试验研究了不同掺量多聚磷酸对基质沥青流变特性的影响,并通过组分分析试验分析了其流变特性的改善机理。结果表明,温度较低时多聚磷酸的掺入能减小改性沥青的复合剪切模量和相位角,而在较高的温度时,则能增大改性沥青的复合剪切模量和相位角;在掺量为1.0%~1.5%时,多聚磷酸改性沥青的高温等级能提高1~2个等级,表明多聚磷酸改性沥青的抗车辙能力得到显著改善。
The dynamic shear test was used to study the rheological properties of matrix asphalts with different dosages of polyphosphoric acid. The mechanism of rheological properties improvement was analyzed by component analysis. The results show that the incorporation of polyphosphoric acid at low temperature can reduce the composite shear modulus and phase angle of modified asphalt, while at higher temperature, the composite shear modulus of modified asphalt can be increased And phase angle. When the content is 1.0% ~ 1.5%, the high temperature rating of polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt can be increased by 1 ~ 2 grades, which indicates that the rutting resistance of polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt is significantly improved.
