为获得用于分析太阳能制冰样机运行性能及长期性能的实验数据,就样机所采用的活性炭207E4_甲醇的吸附性能及在甲醇热分解模拟实验中用过的活性炭吸附能力的变化进行了测试.提出了一种简单的用于强化活性炭的传质、吸附,提高系统的制冰能力的新方法.结果表明,用D_A方程处理吸附实验数据时,相关系数r对处理结果有较大的影响.只有当相关系数r相等或采用D_R方程处理时,不同的吸附工质对吸附性能处理结果(COP)才具有可比性.文中为不同工质对性能的比较给出了最佳数据处理方法.
In order to obtain the experimental data for analyzing the performance and long-term performance of solar ice-making prototype, the adsorption properties of 207E4-methanol used in the prototype and the adsorption capacity of activated carbon used in the simulation of methanol thermal decomposition were tested. A simple method for enhancing the mass transfer and adsorption of activated carbon and improving the ice making ability of the system was proposed. The results show that when using the D_A equation to deal with adsorption data, the correlation coefficient r has a great influence on the processing results. Only when the correlation coefficient r is equal or treated by the D_R equation, the different adsorbents are comparable to the results of the adsorption performance (COP). The article for the different working fluid on the performance comparison gives the best data processing methods.
