在我国电力企业实现跨越式发展的同时,生产部门的数量随之增多,生产部门分工也日趋精细化,对劳动用工的需求也越来越高。提高电力企业管理水平,实现企业利益最大化,就需要有新的管理制度来满足种类各异的市场需求,以提高企业的生产效率。在电力企业改革深入进行的大背景下,推动电力企业劳动用工体制改革,探索电力企业业务外包模式下的劳动用工新制度,建立电力企业劳动用工规范管理新体系,就具有了价值可观的现实意义。本文根据新背景下电力企业劳动用工制度面临的新问题和新挑战,从业务外包模式下的劳动用工现状入手,分析现今我国电力企业业务外包模式下的劳动用工存在的风险以及采取的相应的防控措施。
While the leap-forward development of China’s electric power enterprises has taken place, the number of production departments has increased. The division of labor in production departments has also been increasingly refined. The demand for labor and employment has also become higher and higher. To improve the management level of electric power enterprises and maximize the profits of enterprises, a new management system is needed to meet the needs of different kinds of markets so as to improve the production efficiency of enterprises. Under the background of deepening the reform of power enterprises, it is of great practical significance to promote the reform of labor and employment system in electric power enterprises, to explore a new system of labor and employment under the outsourcing model of electric power enterprises, and to establish a new system of normative management of labor and employment in electric power enterprises . Based on the new problems and new challenges faced by the employment system of electric power enterprises in the new context, this paper starts with the current situation of labor and employment in the business outsourcing model, and analyzes the risks existing in the labor employment under the current business outsourcing model of China’s electric power enterprises and the corresponding prevention measures Control measures.
